Appendix No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

This Appendix supplements the Terms and Conditions of AMI exim s.r.o. for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Addition to Section 9 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Customers’ personal data are processed:

• for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase contract,

• for the purpose of fulfilling the Seller’s legal obligations,

• on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Seller,

• and, where applicable, on the basis of separately granted consent of the customer, in particular for marketing purposes.

By concluding a purchase contract or placing an order, no automatic consent is granted for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
Any such consent is granted explicitly, voluntarily and separately, in accordance with the GDPR.

This Appendix forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
