The Seller does not operate a brick-and-mortar store and does not offer personal pickup.

2. Definitions
2.1. Buyer means any person who concludes a purchase contract with the Seller via the online store.
2.2. Consumer (B2C) means a natural person acting outside the scope of their business or professional activity.
2.3. Business customer (B2B) means a natural or legal person acting within the scope of their business activity (purchase under Company ID / VAT ID).
3. User Account and Ordering
3.1. The Buyer may place an order with or without registration (guest checkout).
3.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
3.3. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
4. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
4.1. The presentation of goods in the online store is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
4.2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via e-mail.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order, in particular in cases of obvious pricing errors, incorrect availability, or incorrect Buyer details.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1. Prices are stated including VAT (if applicable) and excluding delivery costs, which are shown separately in the order process.

5.3. Consumers (B2C)

5.4. Business Customers (B2B)

payment on invoice with maturity is offered only to selected long-term business partners, at the Seller’s discretion

there is no legal entitlement to payment on invoice or deferred payment
5.5. The tax document (invoice) is issued electronically and sent to the Buyer by e-mail.
6. Delivery and Transport
6.1. Goods are delivered via:

6.2. The selected delivery method and price are shown in the order before confirmation.
6.3. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the shipment.
6.4. If the Buyer fails to accept the shipment without a valid reason, the Seller is entitled to claim reimbursement of delivery and handling costs incurred.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract – CONSUMERS (B2C)
7.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
7.2. Withdrawal must be notified by e-mail to info@ami-exim.com
.
7.3. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
7.4. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
7.5. The Seller shall refund all received payments within 14 days of withdrawal, but not earlier than upon receipt of the returned goods.
7.6. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Conditions for Business Customers (B2B)
8.1. Business customers are not entitled to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason.
8.2. Claims for defects are governed by the applicable provisions of the Civil Code for B2B relationships.
8.3. Apparent defects must be reported without undue delay after receipt of the goods.
9. Complaints and Defective Performance
9.1. Rights arising from defective performance are governed by applicable Czech legislation.
9.2. Detailed complaint procedures are set out in a separate Complaints Policy, published on the Seller’s website.

12. Final Provisions
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 1 January 2026.
12.2. Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
12.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
